This programme is designed specifically for new leaders or those preparing for future leadership. You will receive intensive coaching in all of the fundamentals of leadership. The programme is also appropriate for existing managers who have received no formal leadership training and wish to master leadership skills in order to achieve professional and personal success. Optionally, a 360 degree Leadership Assessment tool can be used on this programme.
